  • 2 cups Watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup Fresh Romaine Lettuce torn
  • ½ cup Blueberry
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled

For dressing

  1. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together
  2. Top the greens, watermelon and blueberry with the feta. Drizzle the prepared poppy seed dressing.
  3. Add some fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
