Quick Cajun Shrimp

This tasty take on shrimp will have you coming back for seconds!

  • 1 pound cooked peeled, deveined medium to large shrimp (thawed)
  • 2 Tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in an ungreased 13x9 baking pan.
  3. Add shrimp and stir to coat shrimp completely in marinade.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

Recipe Notes

You could cook some pasta and toss the cooked shrimp and marinade with the pasta for a one dish meal! You can add some grated Parmesan cheese and even veggies if you are feeling like it!
