3 Ingredient Pulled Pork

A simple slow cooker recipe that is easy and delicious. This pulled pork is great on sandwiches, tortillas or alone as a main dish!

  • 3-4 pound boneless pork loin
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8 oz. root beer
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Place pork loin in slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  3. Pour root beer and water over the pork loin.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until meat is cooked thoroughly and easy to shred.
  5. When the meat is done, shred with a fork. You can drain off the excess liquid or leave some to help keep the meat moist.
  6. Serve with buns, bread, tortillas or alone as a main dish.
