Pumpkin Crescent Rolls

Pumpkin Crescent Rolls are a quick and easy treat that are perfect for fall. Using store bought crescent rolls makes this super fast to make.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cinnamon and brown sugar by hand or with a mixer.

  3. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or use a silpat mat.

  4. Unroll the crescent rolls.

  5. Drop a spoonful of the mixture onto each crescent roll.

  6. Roll up the crescent roll.

  7. If desired you can brush with a little butter and sprinkle additional cinnamon or even a cinnamon and sugar mixture on top. 

  8. Bake for 15 minutes.

  9. Let cool before eating.

Recipe Notes

This will work fine with reduced fat crescent rolls.

You can sprinkle with cinnamon before baking without brushing with butter.
