Cheesy Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

Jalapeno Deviled Eggs are a fun and spicy version of this classic dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen Large Eggs hard boiled and peeled
  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons Pickled Jalapenos diced (depending on how spicy you want them)
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt optional--based on your taste preferences
  • 6 tablespoons Cheddar Cheese finely shredded sharp

Instructions

  1. First you will take your hard cooked eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Now you will remove the yolks and put the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks up (I use a fork) and then add the other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spoon or pipe the filling mixture into your egg halves. You can top with a little extra shredded cheese if desired.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Store any extras in the refrigerator.
