Ingredients

  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Spray the ramekins with oil. Add ¼ cup of water to each ramekin and crack 1 egg in each cup.
  3. Carefully transfer the ramekins to the basket. Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes. Use a rubber spatula and gently slide the eggs out of the ramekins.
  4. Carefully drain the water and season with salt and pepper before serving.
