Ingredients

  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  3. Pour into greased mini-muffin pan, filling about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes.

Recipe Notes

If you use regular muffin pan adjust baking time as needed to make sure they are done. You can use chopped pecans or pecan halves depending on what you prefer.
