STEP ONE: PREPARATION

Before anything else, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. While the oven is being preheated you can start preparing your muffin mixture. Start off by chopping pecans for the mix. You are going to want to chop them in bits, not too small and not too big.

STEP TWO: COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS

Once that is done, grab a large mixing bowl. Toss in the chopped pecans, flour, eggs, melted butter, and brown sugar.

Be sure to mix until they are all fully blended together.

STEP THREE: BAKE PECAN PIE MUFFINS

When that's ready, get your mini muffin pan. Place baking cups in each hole. Then, transfer and pour in the mixture to each one. Fill this up until they are 2/3 full. Top the muffins with a whole pecan then bake this for about 12 to 15 minutes.
