If you like the flavors of pecan pie you will love these pecan pie muffins! I will be the first to admit that these aren't the prettiest muffins I have ever made. I wish every recipe that tasted amazing…also looked amazing, but it doesn't always work like that!
I got this recipe out of our family cookbook. One of my cousins has been making these for years. I love pecan pie, but am not that good at making it….sometimes it doesn't set up for me. 😥
Pecan Pie Muffins
These pecan pie muffins solve that issue….they are VERY easy to make and you get all the flavors of pecan pie without all the hassle of making an actual pie!
This is a stir and go recipe….no mixer is even needed. You can make these pecan pie muffins in a mini muffin pan or a regular muffin pan. I like to double the recipe and do some of both!
I don't typically like nuts in my breads….but this one is different! My husband loves nuts in cookies and breads so he was excited to eat these!
These muffins would make a tasty breakfast treat or would be great to take to work and surprise your coworkers with a sweet treat one day! These muffins really do make the house smell like the holidays!

- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.

Pour into greased mini-muffin pan, filling about 2/3 full.

Bake 12-15 minutes.
If you use regular muffin pan adjust baking time as needed to make sure they are done. You can use chopped pecans or pecan halves depending on what you prefer.
