No Bake Energy Bars Recipe with Only 5 Ingredients

These no bake energy bars are a quick, easy and delicious snack that is packed full of protein!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Nonfat Instant Dry Milk
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut optional

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, peanut butter and raisins together.
  2. Add in dry milk a little at a time to form a stiff, but not crumbly dough. You may not need all the dry milk.
  3. Shape into bars, a log or any form desired.
  4. Roll in coconut optional.
  5. Chill.
  6. Keep refrigerated.
