Easy 4th of July Cookies

Easy 4th of July Cookies are sure to be a hit with your family and friends this year!  These are very quick to make thanks to the Pillsbury Blue Raspberry Cookie Mix!

I saw this cookie mix and thought it would be a simple way to make some patriotic cookies.  I was right…simple and yummy too!

I love to look at all the cool holiday inspired recipes on Pinterest, but many of them are too complicated and time-consuming for me to worry about.  Holidays are generally busy times for me and as much as I want to make really cool holiday creations…I usually don't have the time!  This shows you that it doesn't have to be difficult to make some cute holiday treats!

How to Make Easy 4th of July Cookies

This recipe is as simple as following the directions on the Pillsbury Cookie Box and adding an extra cup of white chocolate chips in and topping with red sprinkles once they are baked!  That gets you a cookie with RED, WHITE and BLUE!

When I took the cookies out of the oven I sprinkled some red crystals on top and kind of smushed the cookie down a little with a spatula so the sprinkles would stick.  I let the cookies back for another couple of minutes on the pan out of the oven and then transferred the cookies to a cooling rack.

My girls loved the cookies…they thought the blue raspberry flavor was great!  The good news is that these didn't turn their lips blue like so many other blue raspberry flavored products do!
