Mother’s Love Quote

Mother's Love QuoteThis Mother's Love quote is so beautiful to me.  I think it speaks to that wonderful group of women who have opened their hearts to children that are not biologically their own.

I have seen women in my life that have loved children they didn't give birth to…just as much as if they had.

I really do believe that there is nothing in the world like the love of a mother….except the love of God!

I think this Mother's Love Quote gives respect to those women who love their stepchildren like their own.  It gives respect to women who love their foster children like their own.  It gives respect to women who love their adopted children like their own.

I will always believe that LOVE is the most important thing you can give a child….so much more valuable than things.

There are so many people in the world that open their hearts and homes to children who aren't getting that love anywhere else!

So I just wanted to give a shout out to mothers everywhere….the love you are giving your children….whether biological or not is invaluable to the well-being of that child!  Keep up the selflessness…it will be worth it!!

Have a great Mother's Day this weekend!

Do you know someone that fits the description in this Mother's Love quote?

  1. Oh wow. I wasn’t expecting to read this. I have two bio kids and an adopted one, and this fits us perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing it! Even if it did make me cry!

  2. GREAT quote! So heartwarming. The sister of a friend adopted a few years ago, and she couldn’t be happier. Blood doesn’t mean anything. I certainly have friends who I think of as family, and who act more like family than some of my blood relatives ;)!

  3. I love the quote. I know several people who go above and beyond to care for kids thst aren’t theirs ie teachers, daycare workers, volunteers, foster parents, those who seek to adopt.

A mother’s love is powerful even for kids that aren’t her own. 🙂

  4. Beautiful quote! My daughter is not from me but she’s mine all the same! I love her as much as my boys. Being a mama never stops either.

  5. What a beautiful quote! I do want to take care of other children when I see they are not being cared for or neglected. I definitely think my husband and I will be fostering when our youngest gets older.

  6. I love the quote! Nothing is stronger than a mom’s love. Happy Mother’s Day to all moms!

  7. Guess that’s why I picked up a spare job at the High School and am PTA president at my son’s elemntary school 🙂
