Hashbrown casserole is a favorite of my immediate and extended family. It shows up at every family cookout and it is rare that there are leftovers. I wanted to find a way to make hashbrown casserole even easier. I finally found a good recipe for Crock Pot Hashbrown Casserole and it is delish!
Crock Pot Hashbrown Casserole
I have made several different types of hashbrown casserole over the years. There is one recipe that I make that has ground beef in it and it can be a whole meal. There are several versions of your basic casserole..all very cheesy and delicious! One of my cousins is famous in our family for her delicious hashbrown casserole! We always request that she bring it to all our family functions!
I love when a recipe can be made in the crock pot. This is perfect to put in before church…and it will be ready when you get home! It would be great to take to a luncheon at work because it only needs to cook for 4-5 hours. I adapted this recipe from Stockpiling Moms!
