No Bake Reese's Cup Cheesecake Recipe

This no bake Reese's Cup Cheesecakes recipe is so decadent, it is hard to believe how easy it is!  These are great for special occasions and are simple to make up ahead of time.

I made these for my husband last year for a Father's Day treat.  He loves cheesecake and loves Reese's cups…so what was not to love about this recipe!

You will start off with a regular size cupcake pan.  Place a disposable cupcake liner in each hole.  Next, you will place one unwrapped Reese's cup in each cupcake liner.  This will serve as the “crust” of your cheesecake!  Nothing better than a Reese's Cup crust!!

Next step is to make the Jello cheesecake mixture according to the package directions.  (do not make the graham cracker crust…just skip that step and go straight to mixing the cheesecake filling)  You will spoon the cheesecake batter into each cupcake hole.  You can get fancy and use a pastry bag and pipe the cheesecake onto the Reese's Cups if you like!  If you choose to spoon the batter on, just smooth the top to give it a nice look.

Next you will use the bag of graham cracker crumbs that came in the Jello Cheesecake box and just sprinkle some crumbs on top of your cheesecake filling.  Now take some mini chocolate chips and add some to the top to finish it off.  Last you will put in the fridge to set up for at least an hour or two.  I hope you enjoy as much as my husband did!
