I found some chocolate sandwich cookies around Christmas that have a red center…I thought those would be great for a Valentine treat and they didn't expire until Spring! You can also use a basic chocolate sandwich cookie with the white center…I just thought the red was really festive!
Ingredients Needed for Easy Dipped Valentine Cookies

White Almond Bark
Sprinkles in Valentine colors…pink, red, white
How to Make Easy Dipped Valentine Cookies
These are so easy to make…they are almost self explanatory….but I am one of those people who like specific directions…even on easy projects! So here you go!
Melt your almond bark according to package directions. Depending on how many cookies you plan to dip…you may not need to melt the whole package of bark. I only used about a 1/3 of the package for mine! You can always melt more as you go along…but I hate to waste any.
Dip approximately half of your cookie into the melted almond bark
Place the dipped cookie onto a piece of wax paper.
Sprinkle with your festive sprinkles before it dries!
Allow to dry on the wax paper…if you are in a hurry the put your wax paper onto a cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator so they will set quicker!
Once dry…all you have to do is place the Dipped Valentine Cookies onto a pretty platter and take along to a party or gathering!
There is just something about sprinkles that shout…EAT ME! 🙂
