How to Make Red, White and Blue Miniature Fruit Pizzas
First you need to make your cream cheese frosting.
In a large bowl you will combine the cream cheese and butter and cream until smooth.
Slowly beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until the mixture is soft and fluffy!
If the frosting seems too thick you can add in a little milk and mix to thin it out a bit.
Keep any extra frosting refrigerated.
Take your fruit and cut it up however you want it to be.
Take your sugar cookies and frost with the cream cheese frosting.
Add fruit to the top of your cookies.
