The problem with Tex-Mex food is that the points can really add up quickly….let's just say I have trouble stopping after a few tortilla chips, LOL.  Luckily this is one of those Weight Watchers recipes that fill that craving for Tex-Mex without a ton of points.

Weight Watchers Points

Now the good news is that if you make these just like I have them listed, it will be 3 points per tostada for the Blue and Purple plans and 4 points for the Green myWW plan.  That isn't bad for a filling tostada….you can always add lettuce to the top too!  If you want to save points, you can leave off the cheese!!!

On the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 4 points per tostada.

I was surprised that the fajita seasoning actually has points…that is one of those things I wouldn't think to count…but I am glad I added to the recipe builder!  Not counting all the ingredients is a good way to fail at Weight Watchers!
