WW Points for Jerk Chicken Soup

Okay, so when I calculate this recipe in recipe builder it comes out to a total of 1 Freestyle SmartPoint for the WHOLE POT of soup for the myWW Blue and Purple plans.  They show that each serving is zero points for Blue and Purple. There are 3 points per serving for the Green plan.  🙂

On the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 0 points per serving.

It is hard to imagine that this would really be zero points….I wouldn't advise eating the whole pot, LOL unless you are planning to fail at Weight Watchers!

    1. this recipe says something about added garlic salt but it is not in the ingredients and it doesn’t say what to do with the lime juice?

      1. I don’t see anything about garlic salt in the post. I did update the instructions to include squeezing some fresh lime juice into the bowl when you are ready to eat if desired.

  2. I am fairly new to the Instant Pot. You don’t say whether to let the pressure naturally release of if I should vent it. Thanks.
