Weight Watchers Italian Chicken Noodle Soup
I am getting a great list of Weight Watchers soup recipes that are super filling. One of my go-to recipes is my Weight Watchers Cheesy Beef & Veggie Soup. I think I have a new favorite, though…this Italian Chicken Noodle Soup is really satisfying.

Ingredients Needed
- fat-free chicken broth
- Organic Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
- whole wheat pasta
- boneless skinless chicken breast
- dried Italian seasoning
- scallions

How to Make Weight Watchers Italian Chicken Noodle Soup
- If you don't already have some chicken breasts cooked and cubed, then you will want to do that first.
- Next up you will cook your pasta according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, I like to go ahead and add the chicken, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning to a pot
and get it cooking on medium heat. This gives the herbs a chance to really infuse the soup with flavor! I let it cook for about 10 minutes while the pasta is cooking.
- When the pasta is done cooking, drain
it and add it to the soup pot!
- If you like scallions, you can add some to your bowl of soup!

Weight Watchers Points and Tips
I don't always buy organic, but when it comes to Italian diced tomatoes…it seems that organic really does make a difference in points. The regular varieties all come up as POINTS…not free! I think they must add some sugar. The organic brands I checked points for were ZERO, which is how we like!
Remember to measure out your pasta. There are probably more than 2 cups in a box or bag of pasta, and if you use the whole bag, it will change the points a lot!
I used the Weight Watchers recipe creator to figure out the points.
There are ZERO points for the myWW purple plan. There are 3 points for the myWW Blue plan. The myWW Green plan is 5 points.
The serving size is one cup!
On the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 2 points per serving.
