Weight Watchers Banana Bread
One way to help reduce the chance that I will overeat this Weight Watchers banana bread is to make mini loaves. Plus I think mini loaves are CUTE! 😆
Did I mention they make great gifts? You could even make a batch and take it to your Weight Watchers meeting. Who wouldn't want an adorable mini loaf of banana bread with this yummy recipe attached to it!
How to Make Weight Watchers Banana Bread
This is a wet ingredient/dry ingredient recipe. I think it is kind of a pain..but the outcome is so worth it!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Start by putting all of your dry ingredients into a bowl. Using a mixer, mix the dry ingredients so they are well combined.
Next put your wet ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
It is time to pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Don't over stir this!
Grab your 4 mini loaf pans sized 5 x 3 and grease them. I like to use nonstick cooking spray
. If you use butter you will need to add those points!
Divide the batter evening between the four pans.
Last you can sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of mini chocolate chips on top of each mini loaf before placing in the oven.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
How Many Points Does This Banana Bread Have?
I am really happy with how the points turned out for this recipe. You can eat 1/2 of a mini loaf for only 3 myWW Points on Blue and Green plans. The purple plan is only 2 myWW Points for 1/2 a loaf! That is a pretty big portion!!
Now if you leave off the mini chocolate chips the points will decrease to 2 Points for Blue and Green and only 1 point for Purple! So you have an option to lower the points even more.
Now if you want to get even LOWER….divide each mini loaf into 3 equal portions and leave off the chocolate chips!
What is Your Favorite Weight Watchers Recipe?
I can't really narrow it down to just one. When I find a healthy and delicious Weight Watchers recipe I will make it over and over.
One that I love is Triple Berry Crisp…it is a dessert but full of berries and low in points!

Sounds really good…thanks for sharing Jamie! Love your blog!
Thanks Charlotte!
Can I use almond flour instead of whole wheat flour?
Probably but the ratios could be different. I haven’t tried it so am not certain. Be sure to let us know if it is successful!
Could you make this using a standard loaf pan? How would the duration of baking change?
Under the bananas:. Do you mean 1 cup total (which is equal to 2 bananas) or 1 cup plus 2 bananas? Thanks!
it is one cup total which should be around 2 bananas depending on size
It is very good! When I put the ingredients in the WW app create a recipe, I get 4 points. How is it you come up with 3 for the blue plan?
It may just be a difference in brand of ingredients.
Hi Jamie! Are you allowed to say the brands of ingredients you used to make this bread? No matter what I put in, I still can’t get it to be 3 points (or 2 without chocolate chips). I get 4 pts when I enter what I use. Not that that one extra point will kill me, but if I can make it less, I’m all for that!! Thanks!
Can I use all purpose flour instead of whole wheat?
Yes but it will affect the points.
Jamie I’d love to make your recipe but I only have 1 regular sized loaf pan. Can I use that instead of the 3 mini loafs?
How long would I bake it?
Do you still have the WW Meal Planner to print out? I loved it, but do not see it on your site anymore!
Donna
I have subscribed but I don’t know how to find the five day plan that was advertised
Norma, it is a series of 5 emails. My records show you have received 2 of the emails already. If you are not seeing the emails please check your spam folder. Thank you!
Hi, I want to make this but don’t have small loaf pans. Can I use one large one and bake longer? If so how long to bake?
I am not sure of the exact time. I would just keep an eye on it!
Norma, when I use your nutrition info above and plug it into the WW calculator, the points come out to 7 on the green plan. How did you get 3?
