I am so excited to announce that my new book, the Air Fryer Cookbook for Weight Loss is finally completed and being released. This project has been a lot of hard work, but it is worth it to see the finished book in my hands.
I WROTE A BOOK
If you had asked me 10 years ago if I would ever be a published author I probably would have laughed. It just goes to show you that it is never too late in life to change course and follow after your dreams.
I started blogging about 6 years ago and as my online business has grown it has opened new doors and avenues for me to expand my goals.
One of my constant efforts and goals is to become healthier and lose weight. It has been an ongoing motivation during most of my adult life.
I love the Weight Watchers program and enjoy creating and posting new recipes to help other people on a journey to better health.
When I bought an air fryer I realized I had a whole new tool at my disposal that would help me make extremely tasty foods in a healthier way.
This all lead me to write the book, Air Fryer Cookbook for Weight Loss.
WHAT KIND OF RECIPES ARE IN THE COOKBOOK?
This cookbook is packed full of 100 recipes. It took a lot of time and effort to develop and test so many recipes, but it was fun too.
There are eight chapters in the book.
You will find recipes in the following categories:
- Healthy Snacks
- Vegetable and Side Dishes
- Fish and Seafood
- Beef and Pork
WHAT IF I AM NEW TO AIR FRYING?
This cookbook is perfect for newbies and people who air-fry all the time. The first two chapters will give you lots of basic information about air frying and tips and tricks to help you get great results every time.
If you are so new to air frying that you don't even have an air fryer yet, no worries. Buy the air fryer and just get started trying it out.
I have many easy recipes in the book that are perfect for people just starting out.
There are many amazing air fryers on the market. I personally have the 4 quart Ninja Air Fryer and it has been wonderful.
The Air Fryer Cookbook for Weight Loss utilizes a traditional air fryer that has the basket. There are also air fryer ovens for sale (and yes I have one of those too). The air fryer ovens are great too and many of the recipes will work in the ovens, but they were not tested in the ovens so you may have to adapt cooking times, etc.
