You won't believe how tasty these Air Fryer Radishes end up! This is an extremely healthy side dish that will become a favorite.

WHY EAT RADISHES?
I am not going to lie. Radishes never used to enter my realm of food choices.
I don't care for the taste of raw radishes and hadn't been exposed to different ways of cooking them so I would like them.
The radish is a root vegetable and a lot of people eat them in salads. They have a flavor kick that some people like.
There are some great health benefits from radishes. This veggie is high in potassium and is said to help lower blood pressure. They are also a decent source of fiber.

CAN RADISHES BE EATEN RAW?
Many people eat radishes raw. Thinly sliced in salads is a popular way to eat radishes.
Radishes can be pickled. You can eat them with or without the skin.
Some people are put off by their strong spicy flavor.
If the flavor kick is the issue you have with radishes then try cooking them. It really does tame the flavor and you will be shocked by how good they are!

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER RADISHES
Making radishes in the air fryer is simply amazing. They turn out so good and open up a whole new realm of veggie eating! I love, love, love how the air fryer cooks vegetables!

STEP ONE: PREP RADISHES
Start off by washing your radishes and cutting them in quarters. It helps the cooking process if you try to cut them into uniform sizes.
Place the cut radishes in a bowl.

STEP TWO: SEASON
Drizzle the radishes with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika and toss to combine.
Be sure the radishes are evenly coated in the seasonings and olive oil.

STEP THREE: AIR FRY
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees if your air fryer requires preheating.
Transfer the radishes to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes or until crispy.
I like to open the air fryer mid-way through the cook time and shake the basket to move the radishes around.
Remember if you have a smaller air fryer you might want to cook these in batches so they aren't overcrowded and get crispier!
