WHY EAT BRUSSELS SPROUTS?
I will be honest…it is only recently that I started eating Brussels Sprouts. The list of veggies I really like is fairly short, but I am trying to branch out.
The air fryer has helped me a LOT and I have tried a lot of new veggies and many are making it to my LIKE list!!
Brussels sprouts are a very nutrient-dense vegetable. One cup of sprouts has less than 60 calories. WOOT WOOT.
These little round cruciferous veggies are packed with Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Calcium, Iron and Potassium.
INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER BRUSSELS SPROUTS
You can cook Brussels sprouts in the air fryer with just some olive oil and salt and pepper. They will turn out great. This recipe adds some more flavors to the mix and I think you will love it!
- Fresh Brussels Sprouts
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
HOW TO MAKE TENDER CRISPY AIR FRYER BRUSSELS SPROUTS
This is such an easy and healthy side dish. The Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts come out perfectly tender yet still crispy.
STEP ONE: PREPARE SPROUTS
Start off by trimming all the sprouts and then cutting them in half.
STEP TWO: SEASON SPROUTS
Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl and toss with the balsamic vinegar, oil and everything bagel seasoning.
STEP THREE: AIR FRY
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Pour the coated sprouts into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and spray the sprouts lightly with olive oil. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispy.
AIR FRYER BRUSSELS SPROUTS RECIPE
If you are following the Weight Watchers program this recipe is 1 point on the Blue myWW plan, 1 point on the Green myWW plan and 1 point on the Purple myWW plan. That one point is worth it for the bagel seasoning and the olive oil!

These tender and crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are delicious! Seasoned with Everything Bagel Seasoning the end result is a perfect side dish.
- Olive oil for spritzing
- 16 ounces fresh Brussels sprouts trimmed, halved
- 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

Spritz air fryer basket lightly with oil.

Toss sprouts in a medium bowl with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes. Shake the basket and lightly spray contents with olive oil. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until sprouts are fork-tender and lightly browned.
Serving size is 4 ounces.
It is 1 point on all 3 myWW plans. Blue, Purple and Green.
