EASY AIR FRYER VEGETABLES
The air fryer is great for so many recipes, but making veggies is one of my favorites for the air fryer.
Veggies come out of the air fryer almost perfectly and kids seem to like them better this way.
It is a great way to use up those fresh vegetables before they spoil.
INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER GREEN BEANS
This easy green bean recipe only has four ingredients. Three of these you probably always have on hand so all you need to go out and buy are the green beans.
- Fresh Green Beans
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER GREEN BEANS
These air fryer green beans are so easy to make you barely even need a recipe. 🙂
STEP ONE: PREPARE GREEN BEANS
Start off by washing the fresh green beans.
Trim the ends off the green beans with kitchen shears.
Spread the green beans out on a cutting board and spray with olive oil spray to coat them.
STEP TWO: SEASON GREEN BEANS
Place the oiled green beans into a large bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
STEP THREE: AIR FRY GREEN BEANS
Now place the green beans in a single layer in the air fryer's basket. Laying them in a single row will help the green beans be crisper.
Air fry at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes. Give the basket a shake about halfway through the cooking time.
When the ends of the green beans start to brown, you will know they are done cooking.
AIR FRYER GREEN BEANS RECIPE
If you are following the Weight Watchers Freestyle program, this recipe is Zero Points per serving for Blue, Purple, and Green myWW plans.
On the current WeightWatchers Program (2023), it is 0 points per serving.

These easy air fryer green beans are a delicious side dish and a great healthy way to cook veggies.
- 1 pound Green Beans
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- Black Pepper to taste
Rinse Green Beans and dry
Using kitchen shears cut the ends off the green beans
Spread green beans out on a cutting board and spray with Olive Oil to coat
Place green beans into a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper
Lay green beans in Air Fryer basket in a single row, they will turn out crispier this way
Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Give your basket a shake half way through.
Ends of the green beans will start to brown once they are fully cooked.
There are ZERO Weight Watchers Points per serving for Blue, Green and Purple myWW plans. Just divide the green beans into 4 equal servings.
On the current WeightWatchers Program (2023) it is 0 points per serving.
