Air fryer cauliflower is a great recipe to help you eat more vegetables. Making vegetables in the air fryer rewards you with delicious results and there are so many seasoning mixes to try! This is also one of those amazing Weight Watchers recipes if you are following that program!
WHY COOK VEGGIES IN THE AIR FRYER?
I don't know if eating enough vegetables is a problem for you like it is for me, but I struggle. I am always excited to find different ways to fix veggies so that I actually want to eat them!
Eating roasted vegetables is one of my favorites and making them in the air fryer is another delicious option.
It is easy to get a nice crisp on vegetables in an air fryer by using non-stick cooking spray. I love crispy veggies without the oil!
INGREDIENTS FOR AIR FRYER CAULIFLOWER
The best part of this recipe is that it only takes one main ingredient plus some seasonings. Your family will not believe how good this side dish turns out!
- Fresh head of cauliflower
- Smoked Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER CAULIFLOWER WITH SEASONINGS
This can be made in a regular air fryer or an air fryer oven. Use whatever small kitchen appliance you have on hand!
STEP ONE: WASH CAULIFLOWER
Start off by washing the cauliflower.
Break the head up into small florets.
STEP TWO: ADD SEASONINGS
Place the florets into a large bowl.
Sprinkle the smoked paprika and garlic powder evenly over the cauliflower florets.
Add salt and pepper to your own tastes.
STEP THREE: ADD TO AIR FRYER
Spray the air fryer basket or trays with the cooking spray.
Add the seasoned cauliflower florets to the air fryer in an even layer.
Lightly spray the cauliflower with cooking spray.
STEP FOUR: AIR FRY
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes.
For the best outcome, it helps to shake the basket every 5 minutes, so the cauliflower cooks equally.
These are best served hot! YUM!

This Air Fryer Cauliflower with Seasonings is a healthy and delicious side dish.
- 1 large head of Cauliflower broken into small florets
- 2 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cooking Spray

In a large bowl, combined the washed cauliflower florets, smoked paprika, garlic powder salt and pepper. Mix well and ensure all the florets are coated with the seasonings.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Add the seasoned cauliflower florets. Lightly spray the top of the florets with cooking spray.

Air fry at 400 F for 20 minutes, stopping and shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.

Serve hot.

I enjoy your recipes and look forward to getting your emails, but I was told to never use cooking sprays like Pam in your airfryer basket.
Hi Cindy, yes I have heard that using cooking sprays can be hard on the air fryer basket or trays, but honestly it isn’t something I am too worried about. It is worth it to me to be able to keep the food from sticking and being able to give the food a little extra crunch. Feel free to not use the cooking spray though!
