Quick and easy no cook lunch ideas for Weight Watchers can save time and keep you from hitting a drive-thru window! For some reason lunch can really cause me to stumble when I am on Weight Watchers. I have to be EXTRA careful not to get lured into eating out because I haven't planned ahead for lunchtime.
WHAT CAN I HAVE FOR LUNCH WITHOUT COOKING?
Who wants to cook in the middle of the day? If you work outside the home you may or may not have access to a microwave or other way to heat food.
There are lots of no cook lunch ideas available and many are extremely points friendly for WW.
I am going to give you a bunch of excellent no cook lunch ideas for Weight Watchers so you don't get bored at lunchtime anytime soon!
EASY NO COOK LUNCH IDEAS FOR WEIGHT WATCHERS
These easy lunch ideas for Weight Watchers are all over the board and encompass lots of different eating styles…all the while watching the points and trying to keep the points low and the nutrition high.
Pair these with fresh fruits and veggies for a very filling mid-day meal.
SANDWICHES
I will be honest and say that sandwiches don't usually excite me…but some days that is what's for lunch, LOL.
Now that I have found high fiber bread that is low in points…I am more excited about eating a sandwich. The good thing about a sandwich is that it is filling and low in points if made correctly. I can add plenty of turkey, some mustard, veggies.
Tip: Be careful about condiments. Mayo is high in points. If you LOVE mayo then try using fat-free mayo instead of regular or lite. Cheese is another thing that can rack up the points. Velveeta regular cheese slices are low in points and next lowest would be a slice of mozzarella cheese. I usually just leave it off completely.
WRAPS
I find that eating a wrap (which is a close cousin to the sandwich, LOL) makes me happier than eating a sandwich. Low carb/high fiber tortillas make wraps a low-points choice too. I think it is easier to add more veggies to a wrap as well.
Wraps are also easy to make up the night before! I don't like making sandwiches the night before because the bread always seems hard to me the next day, but I don't have that issue with wraps.
One brand that is very WW-friendly is Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Lavash Bread which is the perfect size for a wrap and very filling.

SNACKING LUNCH
Some days I will just eat finger foods for lunch. I will eat almonds, veggies, fruit and a cheese stick, and that will be it. This is an easy no cook lunch idea and a nice change of pace.
Other items you can eat for a snacking lunch are: Babybel cheese, crackers, pretzels, greek yogurt dip for veggies, slices of turkey rolled up or a Tuna Creations packet.
TACO SALAD
I think of taco salads as a cold dish. Taco meat in a little tub with some lettuce, salsa, crunched up tortilla chips and I am set! This is an easy way to use up leftover taco meat too.
Be sure to use ground turkey for your taco meat to save some points.
If you want to make this “meatless” you use some canned chili beans or ranchero beans instead of taco meat. These don't have to be drained and will add plenty of flavor and fiber to your taco salad.
I like to use the tortilla strips in the salad fixings area of the store. They are lower in points than chips and a couple of tablespoons is all you need for a good crunch.
CEREAL AND FRUIT
Cereal doesn't have to be just breakfast food. Grab a bowl of high fiber, healthy cereal, and some milk for lunch. Add some fruit and you are set!!
If you choose unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk you will lower the points even more. I don't think you can find a simpler lunch idea for WW!
LUNCH-TO-GO SALAD KITS
These kits are great to keep on hand at work in case you forget to bring your lunch. They are okay on points and you can add some fruit and veggies to the kit to make it more of a meal!
These come in a variety of types such as chicken salad, tuna salad and there is another brand that has a salmon salad kit.
COTTAGE CHEESE AND FRUIT
Cottage cheese is a filling food for me and makes a great quick no cook lunch. I pair it with some fruit and maybe even some veggies and pita chips for a satisfying meal.
Watch what brand and kind of cottage cheese you buy because points can vary greatly among brands and types.
CHICKEN BREAST AND SALAD
How about a leftover grilled chicken breast cut up in a big salad? This will make a nice big lunch and will be low in points.
A lunch that doesn't require any heat, but will taste great!
TUNA
Tuna is a popular lunch protein. The past few years has seen a huge increase in the varieties of tuna available. It is a FAST and EASY lunch option.
Starkist Tuna Creations offers a lot of different flavored tunas so you can change things up. The flavors are so delicious you don't need to add mayo. Just eat the tuna with a fork right out of the pouch.
If you don't like tuna or can't eat it due to food restrictions try these Mock Tuna Salad Sandwiches that are made with chickpeas but taste just as good!
HUMMUS
Hummus is a good lunch dish. It is high in protein and very nutritious. Pair it with vegetables for a quick meal.
Another idea is to make pinwheels with low carb tortillas spread with hummus and a side of veggies.
MASON JAR SALAD
Making a salad in a mason jar is a really convenient way to take a salad to work. It is all contained inside the jar.
I prefer to take my dressing on the side in a small container and add it at the last minute.
EGG SALAD LETTUCE WRAP
How about making up a healthy egg salad and wrapping it up in a big lettuce leaf for lunch? This is a great way to eat eggs for a good source of protein.
Use fat-free mayo to reduce the calories and add in some crunch by adding celery or dill pickle relish.
SUMMER ROLLS
Asian summer rolls are made to be eaten cold and they can be made super healthy too.
These shrimp summer rolls are PERFECT for anyone following the myWW plan no matter which color plan you are on.
Coworkers will want you to share these so bring extra!
