I have loved beer battered fish fillets as long as I can remember. This is something I look forward to in the spring because many of my favorite restaurants feature specials that have fish. When I decided to make a fish sandwich at home I knew that Gorton's Beer Battered Crispy Fillets were going to be the best fish for the job.
The convenience of grabbing a package while I am at Walmart is unbeatable. Top it off with how quick and easy these are to prepare…and I am hooked! They taste so good that everyone in my house is happy.
While I was getting the Gorton's Beer Battered Crispy Fillets I saw some Gorton's Simply Bake Roasted Garlic & Butter Salmon. This box went into my cart too. These taste so good it really is a chef-inspired experience. Plus there are so many health benefits to eating salmon. Did I mention how EASY these are to cook…the box shows you exactly what to do!
We are trying to eat more seafood at my house. I have had some health concerns and I know seafood is a great option to support me in my health goals. It is nice that Gorton's makes it easy for me to get seafood in front of my family on a regular basis. Their range of products meets the needs of our busy lives…they seem to get the reality of the modern family!!
Ingredients Needed for Crispy Fish Slider Sandwiches with Cayenne Ranch Sauce
Gorton's Beer Battered Crispy Fillets
Slider Buns
Lettuce if desired
1 Tbsp hot sauce
16 oz. Ranch salad dressing
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
How to Make Crispy Fish Sliders with Cayenne Ranch Sauce
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Bake fish fillets according to the package instructions.
While the fish are baking you can make the cayenne ranch sauce.
In a bowl mix the ranch dressing, hot sauce, cayenne pepper and chili powder together until well combined.
Store leftover cayenne ranch sauce in a jar in the refrigerator.
Remove fish from the oven when they are done cooking.
Place one fish fillet on each slider bun. Top with lettuce and cayenne ranch sauce. ENJOY!
