Finding flavorful salad dressings can be a challenge. It is usually lower in points to make the dressing yourself. This dressing is very tasty, and you may want to double or triple the amount you make, so you have some leftovers for later.
This recipe only calls for a handful of different veggies, but you are always free to add more as you want.
The Asian style of this salad pairs really nicely with my Weight Watchers Grilled Asian Turkey Burgers! YUM YUM!

This makes about 3 tablespoons of dressing, and each tablespoon is 2 freestyle smartpoints. The veggies are zero points so it is a 2-point salad.
