Grab this Weight Watchers zero point foods list free printable to hang on your refrigerator. This list is for the new Weight Watchers Program that just launched on November 14, 2022. It is easier to make yummy Weight Watchers recipes when you know which foods are zero points. Having a visual reminder of good food choices helps me stay on plan.
CAN I LOSE WEIGHT EATING ZERO POINT FOODS ON WW?
Zero point foods are not new to Weight Watchers. It has been quite a few years that their plans have contained different combinations of zero point foods.
It is clear that WW headquarters believes that people can lose weight eating zero point foods.
The foods on the Weight Watchers zero point foods list free printable are all highly nutritious. These are foods that should make up a big part of a healthy daily diet.
WW is trying to guide people not only to weight loss, but also to better health. These foods can help us achieve better health because they are packed with nutrients.
WHO IS THE ZERO POINT FOODS LIST FOR?
The new Weight Watchers program is giving everyone (except those on the diabetic plan) the SAME zero point foods. This is different from the previous Personal Points plan. It is also different from the Blue, Green and Purple plans.
So if you are on Weight Watchers right now…this is the food list for you!
WEIGHT WATCHERS ZERO POINT FOODS LIST
The new Weight Watchers Program that just launched seems to be a lot like the old Blue program. The zero point foods include:
- turkey breast
- Non-starchy Vegetables
- Tofu & Tempeh
- Cottage Cheese
My free printable Weight Watchers zero point foods list details each and every food in all the categories.
There are so many great additions to the zero point foods that I am blown away. Overall I think it is a positive move and will make tracking easier.
Let's remember that we didn't develop our weight issues by eating too many skinless chicken breasts!! Am I right? 🙂
The one food that I am most excited about, but will have to exercise caution with is cottage cheese. This will be nice to eat when you need some protein but don't want to eat meat.
WEIGHT WATCHERS ZERO POINT FOODS LIST FREE PRINTABLE
Where do you like to keep your list of zero point food options? I typically hang one of my fridge so it is a daily visual reminder to PICK THOSE FOODS instead of snacking on chips or cookies!
Keeping a copy in my purse to glance at while I am at the grocery store and have a brain freeze moment, is helpful.
I created this printable to share with YOU.

Hi Jamie. Glad I found your website! I’m just getting back into WW (online this time). I had success with the Points Plus, but was kind of thrown for a loop with the Smart Points! These lists are very helpful and I’m looking forward to making some of the recipes here. Thanks again.
Thanks for stopping by Cindy! Be sure to swing by regularly…I post new recipes every week!

Where can I purchase WwFreestyle book with all food points
As far as I know you have to be a member to get it. I haven’t seen one for sale apart from membership.
how do you know how many points you allocated
I don’t know how the points are allotted. I think it is based on weight, activity level etc. You have to join for them to calculate your daily points.
