CAN I LOSE WEIGHT EATING ZERO POINT FOODS ON WW?

Zero point foods are not new to Weight Watchers. It has been quite a few years that their plans have contained different combinations of zero point foods.

It is clear that WW headquarters believes that people can lose weight eating zero point foods.

The foods on the Weight Watchers zero point foods list free printable are all highly nutritious. These are foods that should make up a big part of a healthy daily diet.

WW is trying to guide people not only to weight loss, but also to better health. These foods can help us achieve better health because they are packed with nutrients.

WHO IS THE ZERO POINT FOODS LIST FOR?

The new Weight Watchers program is giving everyone (except those on the diabetic plan) the SAME zero point foods. This is different from the previous Personal Points plan. It is also different from the Blue, Green and Purple plans.

So if you are on Weight Watchers right now…this is the food list for you!

WEIGHT WATCHERS ZERO POINT FOODS LIST

The new Weight Watchers Program that just launched seems to be a lot like the old Blue program. The zero point foods include:

  • beans
  • peas
  • lentils
  • chicken
  • turkey breast
  • Corn
  • Popcorn
  • Eggs
  • Fruits
  • Non-starchy Vegetables
  • Tofu & Tempeh
  • Yogurt
  • Cottage Cheese

My free printable Weight Watchers zero point foods list details each and every food in all the categories.

There are so many great additions to the zero point foods that I am blown away. Overall I think it is a positive move and will make tracking easier.

Let's remember that we didn't develop our weight issues by eating too many skinless chicken breasts!!  Am I right?  🙂

The one food that I am most excited about, but will have to exercise caution with is cottage cheese. This will be nice to eat when you need some protein but don't want to eat meat.
