January has arrived and with it goals and aspirations for the new year, right? It takes a lot of effort to put new habits into place (or at least it does for me, lol). I find that I do better when I have some visual motivation in sight throughout the day. I decided to make some motivational cards for busy moms to help us all reach our goals this year!
Motivational Cards for Busy Moms
I think motivational quotes can be very inspiring. It amazes me what a positive outlook can do for my day. If I surround myself with positive thoughts, quotes and thinking it really does help.
I created some motivational cards for busy moms so we can keep the motivation WITH US where we need it! Here is the first page of cards….

Where to Put Motivational Cards
Some days I need to keep a motivational card on my fridge….okay….every day, LOL! 😆 So if I go to grab foods I know I don't need because I am not even hungry….I can see that card and I may rethink my choices. This is what Little Wins™ are all about!!
I like to keep a card on my bathroom mirror so I get some positive vibes first thing in the morning when I am getting ready.
Like most busy moms I know…I spend a lot of time in my vehicle. I may tape a card to the steering wheel, dashboard or put one on the visor. My lunchbox is another place that a card must go!!
Just think about where you need a jolt of enthusiasm and keep a card there. I like to rotate the cards around from spot to spot too!
My Aspirations for 2017
I don't make resolutions, but I do have aspirations for each new year. I have some goals this year and I am on the road to making the goals a reality!
Drink More Water
I have always loved water, but I used to love sugary drinks a lot too. I am going to work hard this year to drink even more water. Taking water bottles to work with me is helping keep me on track!
Healthy Snack Options
Healthy snack options are an area where I don't always succeed. I am working hard to tackle this weakness by being PREPARED! I am taking snacks with me to work and even keeping some in my purse so I am not blindsided by hunger during the day.
Some of the snacks I keep on hand are:
mozzarella cheese sticks
ZonePerfect bars work great for me when I need a solid protein packed snack and am craving something sweet. Fruit won't always cut it for me as a sweet. I grab some when I am out at Walmart and my purse is set for emergencies!!
