There are some pretty standard ingredients in corn casseroles. This one has the classic ingredients that result in a delicious casserole.
- Creamed Corn
- Sour Cream
- Melted Butter
- Cheddar Cheese
- Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
HOW TO MAKE JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE RECIPE
I love to make easy recipes and this one is definitely simple to make. It is a one-bowl mix and bake kind of recipe!
STEP ONE: MIX BATTER
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the corn and creamed corn.
Next, add in the sour cream and stir.
Pour in the melted butter and stir to combine.
Last, add the corn muffin mix and then the cheddar cheese.
Mix all the ingredients together well.
STEP TWO: BAKE
Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the center is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve warm!

- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
