Slow Cooker Spinach Cheese Dip
One great thing about this recipe is that kids won't even realize it has some healthy spinach inside. Funny how you can add veggies to dips and no one seems to mind. 😆
Ingredients Needed for Slow Cooker Spinach Cheese Dip
10 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
16 ounce block of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
8 ounce block of cream cheese, cut into cubes
2-10 ounce cans of diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
How to Make Slow Cooker Spinach Cheese Dip
Thaw the chopped spinach and drain the excess liquid off really well.
Place all ingredients in your slow cooker and turn to low. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheeses are melted. Stir well to combine ingredients.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or even veggies!
How easy is that?? I love EASY recipes!! This was a delicious dip and everyone enjoyed it.
