Weight Watchers Spicy BLT Cherry Tomatoes
I like recipes that I can make up and eat on for several days. These transport well and I can take them to work for a quick midday snack too.
Ingredients Needed for Weight Watchers Spicy BLT Cherry Tomatoes
- 28 cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup real bacon bits
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- ½ to 1 can of diced tomatoes and chilies

- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or dried parsley
How to Make Weight Watchers Spicy BLT Cherry Tomatoes
First wash your tomatoes and then cut a thin slice off the top of each one.
Now scoop out the pulp and toss it.
Turn the tomatoes upside down on a paper towel so any excess liquid can drain out.
While the tomatoes are draining take a small bowl and combine the other ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Spoon the filling into each tomato.
Place the tomatoes in a covered container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving and keep any leftovers in the refrigerator.

I don't know about you, but game day usually means falling off the wagon. I LOVE appetizers and finger foods, but typically they are not low in points.
