How to Make Weight Watchers Spicy BLT Cherry Tomatoes
First, wash your tomatoes and then cut a thin slice off the top of each one.
Now scoop out the pulp and toss it.
Turn the tomatoes upside down on a paper towel so any excess liquid can drain out.
While the tomatoes are draining, take a small bowl and combine the other ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Spoon the filling into each tomato.
Place the tomatoes in a covered container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving and keep any leftovers in the refrigerator.
