Can you substitute gluten free flour or almond flour in the bagel recipe???
I had someone tell me they ordered some self-rising gluten free flour off Amazon and it worked just fine.

I’ve made 2 ingredient dough to make bagels, but they didn’t rise like yours did. I’ve seen some recipes where they added baking soda/powder (I can’t remember which one) to make them rise. Also, can I make these in the air fryer? Thank You!!!!
I have never added any baking soda or powder to mine so not sure on that. Yes you could make these in the air fryer. I haven’t done it yet so not sure on temp or time, but I would say just keep an eye on them and it will be fine.
