SHOULD DIABETICS BE ON THE WW PROGRAM?
Many people with diabetes follow the Weight Watchers program. Weight Watchers has a specific plan for people with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.
When you enroll, you will be asked if you have Type 1 or 2 Diabetes. If you answer yes, you will automatically be enrolled in the diabetic plan.
The great thing about the WW diabetic plan is that it considers your condition but still gives you plenty of options and a tremendous zero-point food list. The diabetic zero-point list is different from the regular WW plan zero-point list.

This 7-day meal plan is full of a variety of recipes. I know that you may not like every single thing on the plan. I have never purchased a cookbook, etc., where I liked everything. But I always find some new favorites.
The great thing is you can swap out items you don't like for something you do like. The recipes even come with variation ideas.
Some days are low in points, and others are higher. This allows you to have extra snacks or portions.
