Now you can make your own healthy summer treats to keep you cool and satisfied. It is nice knowing these 3 ingredient popsicles have quality ingredients and are simple to make. Plus the fact that Weight Watchers Strawberry and Banana Popsicles will make the whole family smile! 

INGREDIENTS FOR WW YOGURT POPS

If you keep fruit and yogurt on hand you will probably have all the ingredients you need for this easy recipe. It is also very simple to substitute other fruits if you prefer.

  • Non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • Banana

HOW TO MAKE WEIGHT WATCHERS STRAWBERRY BANANA POPSICLES

This is a fun recipe to have the kids help make. Children love popsicles, and these will be no different!

STEP ONE: BLEND INGREDIENTS

Take a blender or food processor and add the banana and chopped strawberries.

Puree the fruit until it is free from big chunks.

STEP TWO: MIX

Now place the yogurt into a medium bowl and add the pureed fruit. Gently fold the fruit in and swirl it around a little to make a swirly pattern.

Fill 4 popsicle molds with the mixture.

STEP THREE: FREEZE

Once the popsicle molds are full, place them in the freezer overnight. It is important they freeze for at least 6 hours.

When you are ready to eat them, just grab a popsicle mold and run hot water over it for a few seconds to make it easy to remove from the mold.

These delicious WW yogurt and fruit popsicles are only 1 point each if you use non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt. This is 1 point on the blue, green, and purple myWW plans. If you use other types of yogurt, you will need to figure out the points.

On the current WeightWatchers Program (2023) it is 1 point per serving. A serving is 1 popsicle.

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces Non-Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ lb. Strawberries chopped
  • 1 small Banana approximately ½ cup of sliced banana
Instructions
  1. In a blender or processor, puree the banana and strawberries.
  2. Add the pureed fruit to the yogurt and gently fold in to create a swirly pattern.
  3. Fill the Popsicle molds with the yogurt-fruit mix.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours to overnight
  5. To unmold, run it over hot water for few seconds.
  6. Pop it open and enjoy
