This is a fun recipe to have the kids help make. Children love popsicles, and these will be no different!
STEP ONE: BLEND INGREDIENTS
Take a blender or food processor and add the banana and chopped strawberries.
Puree the fruit until it is free from big chunks.
STEP TWO: MIX
Now place the yogurt into a medium bowl and add the pureed fruit. Gently fold the fruit in and swirl it around a little to make a swirly pattern.
Fill 4 popsicle molds with the mixture.
STEP THREE: FREEZE
Once the popsicle molds are full, place them in the freezer overnight. It is important they freeze for at least 6 hours.
When you are ready to eat them, just grab a popsicle mold and run hot water over it for a few seconds to make it easy to remove from the mold.
