WHAT IS CORN RELISH?

Fresh corn kernels are the main ingredient in corn relish, a tart and sweet condiment that occasionally includes tomatoes and other mixed veggies. Relish is made up of these flavors and versatility when heated with vinegar, sugar, and spices.

A common practice is pickling the mixture, which gives it a unique tart flavor that balances the corn’s inherent sweetness. Salsas, sandwiches, and burgers can all be topped with corn relish. It can also be eaten as an accompaniment to salads and sandwiches.

Summer dinners and barbecues are often enhanced by its vibrant and invigorating flavors. You can serve it anytime you wish to. Keep it stored in the fridge for longer life. This can be stored up until 2 to 3 weeks. Be sure to put it in an airtight container or jar if ever.
