These Weight Watchers Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pockets are perfectly yummy and low in points too. It is a nice addition to my breakfast recipe collection. Breakfast is good for any meal, don't you agree? There are so many fun Weight Watchers recipes out there…but I don't see enough breakfast recipes!!

Weight Watchers Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pockets
I LOVE the 2 ingredient dough recipe I found over at Slap Dash Mom. It is really versatile. Who doesn't love 2 ingredient recipes…right?? I have found some other yummy 2 ingredient WW recipes that are really good.
It is fun to take a simple dough recipe and make a breakfast pocket…plus kids LOVE food in pouches!

How to Make Weight Watchers Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pockets
- Make the dough by kneading together flour and yogurt. You can knead the dough by hand or using the dough hook
attachment of your stand mixer

- Add in garlic powder if you’d like, but don’t use garlic salt as the dough tends to taste salty on its own.
- If you find the dough is sticky, add another tablespoon or so of flour but don’t overdo it as you will add points.
- Divide the dough into fourths and roll it out into circles.
- Scramble eggs and sausage together.
- Add ¼ of the mixture to each of your rolled-out circles.
- Top with ¼ cup fat-free shredded cheese.
- Brush the top of each breakfast pocket with an egg wash.
- If you have an Air Fryer
, cook for about 6 minutes on each side, at 375°F.
- If you’re baking in the oven, bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Your oven temperature and times may vary. Serve hot.

Weight Watchers Points
This recipe makes 4 Weight Watchers Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pockets and they are 5.75 freestyle smartpoints each. That isn't bad for a filling breakfast pocket!! You could also lower the points by eliminating the cheese. That would lower the pocket to 4.75 points each.
On the current Weight Watchers Program (2023), it is 6 points per serving. A serving is one breakfast pocket.

How can a pocket be 5.75 smart points? Wouldn’t it be six?
Most people round up…but there are some who want the exact amount of points…it is just up to you!
Can these be frozen and reheated?
I would think so but I have never had these last long enough to try it.
