I love this Weight Watchers Triple Berry Fruit Dip and so do my kids, LOL. Fruit is good for me…but berries are even better! It is amazing all the wonderful health properties that berries contain! They are also a great way to curb a sweet craving. Finding delicious and easy Weight Watchers recipes makes me smile!   I almost have to hide it from them!

Weight Watchers Triple Berry Fruit Dip

Did I mention that this recipe is perfect for spring and summer picnics? I LOVE colorful dishes!  This dip is yummy enough to take to any gathering too.

Did I mention that this recipe only takes minutes to put together??  My favorite recipes are simple and quick.

I do want to mention that it is important (points-wise) to use the fat-free cool whip and not the sugar-free one.  There is a big difference in points for the whole container; fat-free is FEWER points than sugar-free!

Weight Watchers Points

This is actually good enough to eat ALONE without dipping something in it.

This is 2 points for the blue, green, and purple myWW Plans.

Serving size is 1/2 cup.

On the current Weight Watchers Plan (2023), it is 2 points per serving.

Remember to COUNT the vanilla wafers, pretzels, etc, and be careful not to overeat on those items.

This reminds me a lot of the Weight Watchers Red, White and Blue Cheesecake Salad!  So good!!

How Do You Eat Your Fruit?

What is your favorite way to eat fruit? I like just eating it plain jane…but it is fun to fancy fruit up for parties! If I find a great deal on produce I will whip up a Weight Watchers Fruit Salad and take it in my lunch.
