Just made a shrimp & broccoli spaghetti last night. Was SO good & super easy. Start by cooking 1/2 lb spaghetti. Add 1/2 cup Italian dressing (I used wishbone) to a separate pan. Then cut up 2 cloves garlic & add to dressing. Throw in 1/2 lb shrimp & saute. Cut up 4 cups broccoli. Add broccoli to spaghetti the last 3-4 minutes of cooking. Strain & add spaghetti & broccoli to shrimp mixture. Yum!
