HOW TO MAKE EASY BREAKFAST BURRITOS IN THE AIR FRYER
I have made breakfast burritos by simply rolling the ingredients in a tortilla and eating it soft. They are good…but I like a crunchy tortilla.
When I started making these in the air fryer, I was hooked! In only minutes you get a crunchy breakfast burrito without all the oil normally needed for fried foods.
STEP ONE: MAKE EGGS
Start off by scrambling the eggs in a large skillet on the stove. Add salt and black pepper, if desired.
Once the eggs are done cooking, stir in the diced ham.

STEP TWO: FILL TORTILLAS
Spoon about 1/2 cup of the egg and ham mixture into the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the egg and ham mixture.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up.

STEP THREE: AIR FRY
Preheat the air fryer to 330°F.
Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil. Do not use aerosol nonstick spray as this can damage the surface of the air fryer basket over time.
Place the burritos in the air fryer seam side down. Lightly spray the burritos with olive oil.
Air fry for 5 minutes. Turn the burritos over and lightly spray with olive oil. Air fry for 2 to 5 more minutes or until the tortilla is golden brown and is crispy.
*Remember that each different make and model of air fryer will cook foods a little differently and cook times can vary. Keep an eye on the food to prevent overcooking.

EASY AIR FRYER BREAKFAST BURRITOS

Making Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos is easy and they turn out crispy and delicous.
- 10 flour tortillas 8 inch
- 10 large eggs
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- Olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

In a large skillet, scramble eggs over medium heat. Add salt and pepper, as desired.

Once eggs are cooked, stir in the diced ham.

Preheat air fryer to 330°F.

Spoon about 1/3 cup of the egg and ham mixture into the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top of eggs and ham. Fold in the sides and roll up into a burrito.

Lightly spray the preheated air fryer basket with olive oil. Place burritos in basket seam side down in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary. Lightly spray burritos with olive oil.

Air fry for 5 minutes and then turn over, lightly spray with olive oil and cook for an additional 2 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve immediately.
